Hi,
I am using Jira Service Management to handle cases. When a customer is created he/she does not get two factor authentication by default. The only method I found for now to enforce two factor authentication is to make our customers create a Atlassian Account, activate two factor, then be invited in as a customer.
I have Atlassian Access that I can see on admin.atlassian.com. I want to use my own IDP for customers so that they are enforced with two factor authentication.
What steps do I need to do to enfore two factor authentication for my customers?
I am using Google Workspace for my employees.
