Activate a notification for a group created in jira service management

How can I activate or deactivate notifications that will be received by a group that I will create in Jira service management?

With the information given so far, I'd suggest to add that group to your notification scheme.

If the group has members that are no jira users/agents have them added as request participants (via Workflow, hidden field or automation).
