Acess of client in Jira Service Management

Hello everyone,


I am creating a support platform with Jira Service Management and I would like to know if customers who will access the support page must have a Jira / Atlassian account.

By the way, do you have any dashboard documentation in Jira Service Management?

Customers who access the JSD page do not need an account, but they will want to create one to gain visibility of their submitted tickets. 

I didn't quite understand, if the customer wants to see the page they don't need to have an account, but if they want to access their order, see the progress of the request or something like that, does he need to register?
