Access by other users to the service manager project dashboard

We have a dashboard of a service manager project, and we need to give access to another admin user to this dashboard with dashboards, for this admin user all dashboards appear with invalid JQL, but for other users it is normal. We tried to put the user in the project group but it didn't work

Hi @SOC - It4us Cyber Security 

This other admin user will have to have browse permissions to ALL projects that are included in the filters on that said dashboard. Is that the case?

Also, the said dashboard and all of its filters need to be shared with this other admin user.
