Hi!
We are using JSM today and we have a setup where our (B2B) customers are Organizations in JSM and when our customers are registering tickets they have their own login to follow their own issues but also those that their collegues in their organizations created.
We are now looking at using Auth0 instead as IdP and to keep the Organization <> User connection of our customers there since we also have other portals that our customers are logging into and we want to get central management of users and their organizations.
So, questions:
1. Is it possible to replicate the Organization <> User structure from Auth0 into JSM? If yes, how are organizations from Auth0 provisioned into JSM?
2. In JSM, would this setup still be considered free from a license point-of-view or is a user that login to JSM (just user, not an agent) using Auth0 one that would count towards the Atlassian Access license?
Cheers
Olof
