Does anyone know what are the accepted attachment types that a customer can upload when they open a ticket through the Jira Service Desk portal? Is there any restrictions set by default?

Currently there are no restrictions in terms of file types that are allowed for upload. There is an open ticket with Atlassian around the ability to allow/deny attachment based on file type here - https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JRACLOUD-61024
