About issue processing action after JQL query

All actions of issues hit by JQL queries in schedule automation cannot be processed. However, if you run it again, the actions of the issues that were not processed will be processed, and as a result all will be processed. What does that mean?? In addition, the same phenomenon occurred when performing verification in several environments.

Hello,

I'm not sure I understand the question. I'm wondering if it could be related to the "Only include issues that have changed since the last time this rule was one". I believe this is checked on by default, have you tried turning this off? It will always run on ALL the items returned by your JQL query although there are limitations in terms of quantity of issues it will run on and how often.

That check is fine. I'm removing it from the beginning. I think it's another cause.

It seems that some kind of restriction prevents them from handling everything.
