Out of the box JSM does not provide this functionality. You will have to integrate with a third party tool like Nexthink that can push the software update.
JSM and Assets can track the PCs that are affected and create a ticket that tracks all affected PCs, then you can use automation with a REST API call or a plugin that will propagate the updates to the PCs and then update the ticket when all of them up remediated.
