We use JIRA service management for our project customers. But some of our customers are based in China, these users cannot create tickets in our Portal.
I checked others' questions, it causes China has blocked the CAPTCHA. I also found Atlassian could disable CAPTCHA for our instance.
But I'm not sure it's disabled for the whole of our organization or just for this service management project only.
We want to know the influence it could be reached. Thanks
