We currently have a public customer portal set up where user's can send in a request without having to sign up explicitly.

However, if you are not logged in you are requested (mandatory) to provide a

"Email address to send the confirmation to"

This also creates a customer in the JSD project.

Now, we're having some issues/questions where users are making a typo in their email address and then well we can never find them back, they will never get a confirmation,. it's a bit of a dead request cause we can't provide feedback to them.

Does anybody know of a way to request the email address twice? In other forms you sometimes see that you need to enter an email and then confirm it just to make sure you didn't make a typo.

We could make a custom field where they need to enter it a 2nd time but I was hoping to find a build in solution.

Is such a thing possible in JSD/JSM?
