Gostaria que não fosse aberturo chamados quando um e-mail for respondido colocando o nosso portal de Service Desk em cópia. 

 

Seria possível realizar esse tipo de configuração ?

@Gabriel Alves , quando enviam um email para o seu portal do Service Managament, caso o cliente não responda no email que gera o ticket (KEY-NUMERO), sempre irá gerar um novo ticket (a cada reply de email)

Mas caso você queira, você pode desabilitar o "Email Request" para evitar abertura de chamados via email.
