APPROVER GROUPS ?

Who is in the approval groups or can I add a person I created a workflow for an issue type When the ticket arrives, I will ask for approval from the department manager When the approval is given, the ticket will be assigned to the user named a I ask for your help

Hello @Aykan Inal !

When you set up Approvals, you can use the Approvers field or the Approver Groups field.

The Approvers field is a user field, while the Approver Groups field is a group field.

So, if you want to specifically identify users, use the Approvers field.  If you want to identify users in a group that you've created, use the Approver Group field.
