API on both way

Hello,

I'm using Jira Service Management, and as a CRM we are using VTiger.

I'd like to synchronize from VTiger my customers, as organisations into JSM, and also contacts's email.
The best is that could be done in rest API if possible. I look everywhere, except here :), to find if there is a way to do this.

And I'd loke also when I receive an email for an organisation from an unknown contact to push it, also by REST API to our VTiger.

The priority is VTiger to JSM, both way will be great.

Do you know if this is something we can do and how please ?
