I've set up a workflow and automations the way so that the customer will receive an email the moment Request will be approved by the manager and move to the Customer Approval status.
I've set a specially created email for testing it and added it as a customer one in the automation. For some reason there are no notifications coming to this email.
What I might be missing?
This testing email is added into Customers emails, into approval emails in the workflow at the Customer approval status and in the approvers in the Request fields.

It sounds like the automation isn't behaving as expected. Could you share screenshots of your automation and the log so that we can have a look at what is being done?
