I created a new user for a JSM project. This user can able to see the tickets she created but needs to see the tickets that were previously created tickets by the other users of the same project. Now she's getting permission error.
The user is in the customer list of the JSM project and also in the organization of the same project.

Ask user to open the Jira customer portal and click on "Requests" --> select the Organization.
In the new page opened, user can select what status of the ticket they needs to view.
