Welcome to the community!

There are a lot of great resources out there. Maybe check out Atlassian's guide on getting started with Jira Service Management.

 

They also have some free training on getting started with JSM.

 

Outside of that there are plenty of other resources out there including the community! I'd recommend getting familiar with the general features and offerings that Jira Service management has and then come back to ask more specific and targeted questions.
