Last year, we announced the new Jira Service Desk (JSD) experience with the ambition to make it easier than ever to setup and configure projects. Since then, we’ve listened to customers like you and worked diligently to ship the right features and optimisations that create the best service desk experience possible.
I'm here today to let you know that we have now opened up our Next-Gen Jira Service Desk community group publicly, where we will be communicating updates regularly on what's new in next-gen and you can get involved in discussions with other next-gen JSD users.
