Join the new public Next-Gen Jira Service Desk group!

Hi JSD Community!

I'm Rachel, a Product Manager for Jira Service Desk Cloud at Atlassian.

Last year, we announced the new Jira Service Desk (JSD) experience with the ambition to make it easier than ever to setup and configure projects. Since then, we’ve listened to customers like you and worked diligently to ship the right features and optimisations that create the best service desk experience possible.

I'm here today to let you know that we have now opened up our Next-Gen Jira Service Desk community group publicly, where we will be communicating updates regularly on what's new in next-gen and you can get involved in discussions with other next-gen JSD users. I highly encourage you to join the group here

We also invite you to watch the JSD community collection and filter your homepage feed for the “next-gen-jsd” tag, or set up a search alert for next-gen JSD. For information on different ways to follow community content, check out this article.

Thanks for all your support.

Sincerely,

The Jira Service Desk Product Team
