Introducing new Jira Service Management dashboard templates in Atlassian Analytics

We're thrilled to announce the release of three new Jira Service Management dashboard templates in Atlassian Analytics for our Jira Service Management customers. These dashboards have been meticulously designed to provide a comprehensive view of your service desk's health, factoring in overall productivity, workflow efficiency, and customer experience.

Here's a brief overview of these dashboards:

Service Desk Scorecard - Customer Experience: This dashboard focuses on your service desk health from a customer experience perspective. It gives you the insights needed to evaluate how well you're meeting customers' expectations and how that's reflected in customer feedback.

Service Desk Scorecard - Requests Needing Attention: This dashboard highlights the bottlenecks in your service desk workflow and focuses on immediate actions. It provides detailed information on requests that have breached an SLA and those that require attention to ensure progress continues unimpeded.

Service Desk Scorecard - Service Desk Operations: This dashboard is tailored to internal service desk operational health and team performance. It will help you identify trends in request load, understand how this load impacts your service desk agents' workloads, and take necessary steps to keep your operations efficient and effective.

These new dashboards are more than just reports; they're strategic tools that can help optimize your service desk operations and enhance customer experience. We hope they'll prove to be invaluable in your ongoing efforts to improve your service desk performance.

Getting Started with Atlassian Analytics

Atlassian Analytics is available only for customers who have Cloud Enterprise plans for Jira Service Management, Jira Software, or Confluence. If your organization has a Cloud Enterprise plan for at least one of those three products, one of your organization admins can add Atlassian Analytics to an existing site.

If you don’t have access to Atlassian Analytics and think it might be beneficial for your organization, you can contact customer support or the sales team and check your eligibility for the Cloud Enterprise plan or a trial.

We're always here to support you. If you have any questions or need further information about these new dashboards, don't hesitate to reach out.

This is super cool! Hoping one day Atlassian Analytics will trickle down to non-enterprise plans :)

Mentioning that this is only for Enterprise plans at the top might reduce wastes time for lesser mortals.
