  • Take critical actions directly within Microsoft Teams, such as assigning priorities and adding internal comments

Hi @Brian Higgins !

Sounds great!

I would really like to see a full-fledged demo or short videos where you can see the integration in action with real examples!

Hi @Alexander Bondarev

We'll have more content to share with general availability in the coming weeks! We'll also be available to assist if needed throughout the Early Access Program.

In the meantime, I've reached out to my internal partners and requested motion graphics (GIF images) to give a better sense of how it works as of today. I'll update the article with them shortly.

^ 7/12/22 Update: On our designers' desk! I'm actively working on this request for early motion graphics. If we aren't able to provide a motion graphics demo during Early Access, we'll definitely content you'll want to check out at launch!

Again, those participating in the Early Access Program will be provided with a point of contact to assist if needed.

Look forward to meeting everyone in Early Access!

The Operations Guide gives you an overview of all the tasks and activities required as part of the service management function for Microsoft Teams. us payserv

Service management is a broad topic that covers day-to-day operations of the Microsoft Teams service after it has been deployed and enabled for users. The Teams service encompasses Microsoft 365 or Office 365 and the infrastructure components that are deployed on-premises (for example, networking).

Integrating with Microsoft Teams directly from Microsoft Sentinel enables your teams to collaborate seamlessly across the organization, and with external stakeholders.

In any business, it is essential to have a plan for managing incidents. The first step in developing an incident management plan is identifying the risks that could affect the business. Once the risks have been identified, the next step is to develop response protocols for each type of incident. These protocols should be designed to minimize the incident's impact and protect the safety of employees, customers, and the general public. That's why it is important to work with experts in this field that will create a great software solution for you. The incident management plan should be regularly reviewed and updated to ensure that it is current and relevant.
