As we continue to unlock the power of Atlassian Intelligence in Jira Service Management, we’re exploring ways to help operations teams better detect, prevent, and resolve incidents using AI.
Over the coming months, we're going to be rolling out numerous new AIOps innovations and are looking for customers to help test these out and provide feedback as part of our AIOps beta program.

By participating in this program, you’ll have the opportunity to shape the future of AIOps in Jira Service Management. Your feedback and insights will be instrumental in helping us evolve and refine these features for our wider community. You’ll be the first to experience the value of Atlassian Intelligence in your incident management workflows, including:
Reducing noise: Cut down on alert fatigue by intelligently grouping and surfacing the alerts that matter.
Resolving alerts faster: Leverage AI-powered insights to understand past alerts and responders and take quicker actions.
Accelerating escalation: Easily escalate alert groups into incidents and pull in the right people.
Who can participate:
We are specifically looking for 10-15 teams that meet the following criteria:
Companies using the new Jira Service Management consolidated experience to manage IT Operations , specifically alerts and incidents.
Premium/Enterprise edition users with high alert engagement.
Users who are willing to provide regular feedback throughout the beta program.
Organizations that have activated Atlassian Intelligence for Jira Service Management.
