hello, we have a project called hellas servise desk. at first when a user was adding a new request, there was a share request button (like a cc in emails) but now it is not there.
how can i bring it back?

When a customer creates a ticket using the portal, they can only add participants after the ticket is created. The option is visible on the right side of the ticket:
On the request form, they can share the ticket with an Organization only, but not participants, so if they are part of an organization, they will see the option.
