Hi i got this message when i'm trying login into jira service desk
"Something has gone wrong after our team has been notified.if the problem persists,please contact atlassian support"
could anyone know how to fix it

Welcome to Atlassian Community!
This issue usually appears when you don't have a license for the product you are trying to access, for example, if someone adds a license for Confluence only, if you access Jira you will see this message.
Can you please go to Administration > Users and check if your profile has access for all products?
