how to queue up a column with comments?

I created queues for applications and I need to see the confirmation from the author of the application in the commentary. how do I output a comment column?

Hello,

You can not output a comment column in the Queue. You can achieve this with the following ways:

1. Create a custom field "Confirmation Comment" where the author would enter his comment. Then you can put Confirmation Comment custom field in the queue.

2. Create a scripted field which would pull out the comment you need. You can create such a field if you have, for example, Adaptivist Scriptrunner.
