For prio 3 I struggle with the resolution time - because it's linked to a release and not to a time frame

Hello @Carlos de Magalhaes 

To configure SLA in your case "Time to resolution" you need to go to your project settings SLAs and edit there you will find Time to resolution and you can edit it here any way you like.
