How do we change the content of the first email sent to customers - when we add automation 2 emails are being sent?

 

FYI - your site is extremely hard to use!

You can't change the notifications in Cloud, it's a restricted function because you need to make changes to code files in the installation.

Telling us a site is hard to use isn't constructive - could you explain what you are struggling with?  I find most of Atlassian's sites very easy to use, with the only caveat that there is so much information, it's sometimes hard to see exactly which page you need.
