exporting issues

Hello,
I have one problem while exporting issues . When I write JQL in search bar , everything is ok:(Please see attachment file "Capture")

When I export these issues , my excel file looks like this:

Customer request types are written in GEORGIAN alphabet . AS you see Jira service desk can't understands this font. 
But I also want to add, that we are using Plagin "Time in Status" but there isn't problems like this while exporting. 
Can you help me ?

It's a problem with excel not with jira.
