I am an admin on the account and want to update our billing settings but have been unable to load the page for the past two weeks. Every page comes up as "We can't load this page now" and a "retry" button. Please advise on how I can fix this. I need to be able to change the credit card on our account.

To get things moving faster please add any additional details to the request and include the URL of the Cloud instance experiencing the issue or your SEN to the request, so we can verify which account is experiencing the issue.

I am having the same problem. I get a 404 when navigating to the billing page from within my account. can you help me on this?
