Why does the Confluence load slowly?

Hi All,

Could you advise me why the Confluence loads slowly?

The JIRA is loading properly. So we do not have an internet connection or server problem.

Did anyone else have such a problem?

There can be many reasons for this.

To narrow down the culprit can you provide the below details.

Which version of confluence ?

cpu usage when confluence is slow

memory allocated to confluence

since when issue is encountered

faced by everyone ? on all browsers ? all pages ? all spaces ?

We use Atlassian Confluence 6.4.1.

Everyone is experiencing the problem on Chrome and Mozilla, on different computers. All pages, all space, searching time out.

What are the CPU and memory doing? Are there errors in the logs when it's slow?
