Service Desk Agent Group (service-desk-agent) is missing, how do I manage age

 

I am trying to find out who my agents are.  I cannot find the default service-desk-agents group under groups.  How do I find my agents?

Hello Nick,

Thank you for reaching out to Community!

The default group for Service Desk agents is actually jira-servicedesk-users. This is the default group that gives access to the service desk and then, adding the agents to the role “Service Desk Team” in the project will allow them to work on tickets.

So please, search for the group jira-servicedesk-users and you will see everyone that has a service desk license.
