Restrictions on Servicedesk Queue

Hi

I wanted to create a Jira Automation rule with Issue Security as one of the "then" conditions. However , i have no option to select issue security.

 

How do i go about this?

Hi,

So you should be able to use advanced JQL.  For security level, the field is "level" in JQL.  So you can specify 

level = "Security Level"
