If a user signsup in JIRA Service Desk with a dummy email like 12345@abc.com, then the registration must be restricted.

Could you please let us know how can we restrict the signup of dummy users?

Suprija,

In your Jira, only have sign up as Private and not Public. Then in your Jira Service Desk, under Configuration, set sign up to NO, which means that customers must be added to the project or have an account on the project.

Victor,

We would like to expose the portal to our clients so they can register. We are able to restrict the domain but can we know how to restrict signup of dummy emails in that domain?

Is there any way to send verification email while registration?

Thanks

Suprija
