I'd like to do a report that takes a snapshot and the end of each day to see how many Open Issues we have in our Queue. This way we could just look at a chart for the last 30 days to see what is happening with our backlog.
Manually we could have someone input the number of Open Issues at the end of each day into a spreadsheet, but I'm hoping there's some way for Jira Service Desk to do an ongoing report like this on the dashboard or some sort of Jira -> Google Sheets integration to automate it.
I keep running into dead-ends and I'm hoping someone in the community can think of a way!
