Service Desk customer portal displaying raw JSON instead of HTML

recently our jira service desk started to display raw json code instead of the html. Is there a fix for this issue?

Hello Shannon, here are the versions of Jira that i have. 

JIRA Service Desk 3.5.0

3 agents (3 used) 

JIRA Software 7.3.6

25 users (24 used)

Can you go over to the Manage add-ons page and verify if all the user-installed add-ons are up-to-date and compatible with JIRA Service Desk 3.5.0? If any incompatible or new updates available, please disable or update them accordingly. Otherwise, if there are not too many installed plugins, please disable all of them and verify if the issue persists.

• Third-party add-ons are one of the common causes of JIRA's misbehavior. We had a similar case reported by another customer and eventually found that the Teams for JIRA Service Desk plugin was causing the issue. Thus we'd recommend testing the behavior in a vanilla environment i.e. if the issue persists in JIRA without affected by any external plugins or components.

Thank you for that information Shannon. Our Jira Service Desk is now displaying properly. It was the Assets and Inventory Plugin for Jira that needed to be updated. I had a few more that needed updates but the Asset and Inventory update fixed the issue.
