recently our jira service desk started to display raw json code instead of the html. Is there a fix for this issue?

Can you go over to the Manage add-ons page and verify if all the user-installed add-ons are up-to-date and compatible with JIRA Service Desk 3.5.0? If any incompatible or new updates available, please disable or update them accordingly. Otherwise, if there are not too many installed plugins, please disable all of them and verify if the issue persists.

Thank you for that information Shannon. Our Jira Service Desk is now displaying properly. It was the Assets and Inventory Plugin for Jira that needed to be updated. I had a few more that needed updates but the Asset and Inventory update fixed the issue.
