Project Knowledge base without Confluence

2. Is it possible to create a project Knowledge base without confluence? Am I able to create JIRA Service Desk project Knowledge base without Confluence?

2. Do i need a separate License to have Confulence Page if I already have JIRA Service Desk Agent license.

Hello @AB_Bank_Zambia knowledge base functionality is only available using Confluence, therefore you will need to get Confluence licenses to add it to your solution
