I have a fresh jira software install on which i installed jira service desk.

Instead of the normal approvers, organisations, ... fields it has created fields with these names:

sd.approval.customfield.name

sd.customer.organisations.field.name

sd.origin.customfield.default.name

sd.request.participants.field.name

Any idea what could caused this and how i could best fix this?

I'm using the latest versions: Jira Software 8.2.1 and JSD 4.2.1

Hi Laurens,

Thank you for all the details.
I was able to find that this issue is related to a bug reported weeks ago.
There is a bug specific for Service Desk and another one that affects some fields on Software but also mention about Service Desk:
- https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JRASERVER-69388
Please, click on "This affects my team" and watch to receive updates about the bugs.

Regards,
Angélica
