Making reports from the service desk - types and groups

Hello,

 

Looking for help on how to form a report on the request types and groups in our service desk function. I'm fairly new to using the jira service desk and still trying to workout its many features. W have many request types and groups which over half are not used by our customers so i need to make a report showing which categories are used and not used in the last year so we can cut back on the request types. 

 

Any help with this would be wonderful!
