Jira Service Desk Customers vs Agents

I have Set up Jira Software and I also want to Use Jira Service Desk. However, I don't want the users of Jira Software to be customers of Jira Service Desk. I want them to be Agents of Jira Service Desk. I want separate list of Customers to be set up for Jira Service desk.

How do I do that?

Hi Anik,

You can create groups for both customers and agents, then use the Service Desk Customers and Service Desk Team (agents) to put the groups in. You will need to also look at the portal settings to set the permissions to all customers added to the project.
