I have Set up Jira Software and I also want to Use Jira Service Desk. However, I don't want the users of Jira Software to be customers of Jira Service Desk. I want them to be Agents of Jira Service Desk. I want separate list of Customers to be set up for Jira Service desk.
How do I do that?
