JETI attachments not showing up on Iphones
Hello,
When we use JETI to e-mail attachments to end users it doesn't show when they open the e-mail in the iPhone mail app. From the inbox it shows there is an attachment with the paperclip icon but in the e-mail there is nothing. Viewing the same e-mail using outlook on iphone or on PC shows the attachment.
I tried forwarding the e-mail from the iphone and the attachment doesn't got forwarded with it. It appears this is only happening from JIRA e-mails as attachments sent by other means works fine and shows up properly on the iphone
Any Idea what could be causing this
