Hi , is there any way for me to set the visibility of the comments to public, i.e developer currently able to post an internal comment but not public , we would like to remove the restriction and allow all comments to be visible to public
Developer comments in Jira Service Desk can only be visible publicly if the developer is a service desk agent. This has implications for your licensing costs for Jira Service Desk if adding the developers will change your user tier.
