Initialize Multiple Fields in JETI Cloud

I actually need to initialite this fields of this email body, i have created custom text fields for all of it:

INCS00000881245

Aplicativo
PAGR PORTAL DE LA AGR EN LA INTRASAT

I need to initialize Número de Incidente and Aplicativo

I use this regex for each configuration: 

.*Número de Incidente(.*)
.Aplicativo(.*)

But nothing happend.
