How to send 'email' custom notification to emails that are not users in Service Desk

Hi,

 

I would like to setup a custom rule which is a notification to a group of email address when an issue is raised and other custom fields are true. Can I send such notification to any email address? I only seem to have the option to send to a group and cannot create a group with emails that are not user.

Hello!

You can use - Jira Misc Workflow Extensions

Then you can use post-function to create custom emails:
