I have two select list custom fields SL1 and SL2. They have the following values:
SL1 - SO11, SO12, SO13
SL2 - SO21, SO22, SO23, SO24
I want to achieve the following scenario, when a user wants to login a ticket in my service desk project:
User selects SO11 in select list SL1 -> select list SL2 is not visible to the user
User selects SO12 in select list SL1 -> select list SL2 is visible with options SO21 and SO22
User selects SO13 in select list SL1 -> select list SL2 is visible with options SO23 and SO24
I am using Jira Service Desk Cloud version.

Currently, it's not possible to use dynamic forms or show fields based on the value selected on the previous one. We have feature requests suggesting the implementation of this ability:
