How to customize the login page

Hello,

We are creating a service desk for our customers.

We want to customise the login page only, by adding a picture background, and moving the connection form on the left.

I don't find any way for doing this. I think I need to edit the batch.css but I can't find it.

Can you explain me the way to do this?

which application is your question about? Jira? Jira service desk? Confluence? Something else?
