I would like to customize the customer portal and help center with extra navigation options to specific content in our knowledge base.
We have a Jira cloud instance and now our customers can only find articles by searching the knowledge base in confluence by keywords. I would like to guide them to specific manuals and add navigation links (with page trees and hyperlinks) on the landing page of our portal.
Can anyone help me with this?
The best way to do this is through a third party plugin like Refined: https://marketplace.atlassian.com/apps/1218481/refined-sites-for-jira-service-desk
This gives you the ability to customise your help center with extra navigation.
