How to add links to service desk portal.

We've setup our service desk portal but I have 1 request that is not currently fulfilled through an Atlassian product. I'd like to put the link on our service desk portal though. Is this possible?

Hello Eric, if I understand correctly, you want to be able to redirect users to another application for a specific request type by providing the URL?

You can include that URL in the portal branding options - https://confluence.atlassian.com/display/SERVICEDESK/Branding+your+Customer+Portal.  

 

Yes Charles looking to do something like Atlassian's service desk portal where they have a list of links at the bottom. I can't find the options - or even a mention of it anywhere.
