Is it possible to add a message to the main Service Desk Portal page? My users are getting confused thinking they can use their login for our services to access our support system. I'm trying to add a message that says that the login for the Support website is different than their regular login for our services.
At this point, it's not possible to add any additional information or branding to the logon page for the Customer Portal. There are Feature Requests for this ability in the system, so more branding and customization is likely to be implemented in the future.
