How do I add approvers for defects?

The only information I see about approvers is adding them to requests. I want to be able to add approvers to defects and tasks in the release process. Can someone tell me how to do this?

@talianassiforbes, requests are just issues, defects, tasks are "issue types". So the documentation for adding approves applies to whatever issue type you want to apply it to. LMK if I'm misunderstanding your question.

I am not able to add the approvers here:

We added Approvers as user pickers, and we added approve and decline as options, but we are still not able to see the approvers option here. How exactly do I do it??
