How can we create queues based on user attributes

Thomas Kofler

Hello,

we are using Jira Service Desk and would require queues based on user attributes (e.g. office field of Active Directory user, which is the reporting user of the ticket).

So for one queue, every request from people with value office = "XY" is visible and so on.

Thanks,

Thomas

@Thomas Kofler, can you create a JQL under the "Issues Serach" view that reflects what you want? If so then you can simply cut and paste that JQL into a new queue via the Advanced screen. If you are having issues w/ JQL if you can provide more details on the variables you are using to construct I may be able to assist.

Thanks for your offer.

Unfortunatly I am not able to build the JQL there.

The necessary field is not availabe. I would have to query the user mail adress or the user office field, located. i. Active Directory.
