How can I translate outgoing emails in service desk?

I want to know how can I customize automatic outgoing emails in service desk.

The actual need is to translate all email into spanish.

Hi Enrique,

That's not possible to do. I see that you're using Cloud which has some restrictions for customization.

If you had a standalone version of JIRA SD you could try to develop a plugin what would do such translation.



I would like to know if one year later, is it not possible to translate automatic emails ?
