  • Helpdesk team have stats to observe and keep a constant eye on. There is a report function in SD however is there anyway to put them on the dashboard?? So I can utilize the wallboard function?

There is no way to do this at this time. We have an open feature request for this at: https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JSD-77
